Like other forms of insurance, Forward membership is not covered by Medicare or Medicaid. Members pay one flat rate that covers all services offered by Forward. Due to regulatory requirements, we cannot accept members with Medicare. However, in most states (except Colorado), members who have Medicaid can sign up for Forward and pay directly for the membership.
